Welcome YA blogger Lori from Pure Imagination and her cats, Midnight, Picadilly, Foxy, Harley, Mercy, and Willow. *PHEW* That is a lot of cats!

Midnight:
1. How do you feel about being one of 6 cats?

I loathe every single second of it. I could cope when it was just my sister and I but then the humans got that annoying Picadilly and life has only gotten worse since then. Now they are taking in strays. STRAYS! In my home!

Picadilly:

1. Which one of the other cats is your best friend?

Hmm my best friend would have to be Foxy. She lets me chase her and beat up on her for fun without a fight.

2. Which other cat do you like the least?

I definitely like Mercy the least. She waltzed in here like she owned the place. No wonder her original humans got rid of her. She won’t let me beat her up for fun. She hides behind doors and jumps out at me. Things were a lot better without her.

Foxy:

1. How do you feel about your name?

It’s the best those humans could come up with. I don’t hold it against them and their small brains. It doesn’t even begin to describe me though.

2. Are you really foxy?

I am most certainly beyond foxy. I am beautiful, glamorous, dazzling, alluring, enchanting, drop-dead gorgeous, entrancing…..I could go on and on but I have better things to do.

Harley:

1. What is your favorite cat treat?

Ooo I don’t have a favorite. I like everything. Specially human food. Cream cheese and cheetos are very very good.

Mercy:

1. How do you feel about being the lone orange cat?

I’m perfectly fine with being the lone orange cat. It just proves how much better I am….

2. Do you think that you are better looking than the others?

I don’t know about better looking. Foxy is a very nice looking cat but I am most definitely the best cat. I’m pretty and sweet, I have everything going for me. I even pick fights and make it look like Midnight started it. Fools them every time.

Willow:

1. Do you like to scratch up your humans furniture when she isn't looking?

I haven’t tried scratching the furniture. Is that a good place to scratch? I do like licking the walls. That’s fun. We have a nice scratchy box that I like. Sometimes I sleep on it too. Sometimes I eat the cardboard from it too. It doesn’t taste as good as Cheetos though.

Lori:

1. Do you plan on getting anymore cats?

NO! I never planned to have this many it just kind of happened. I was very content with three. Though I love them all.

2. How many can of cat food do you go through in one week?

They eat dry food but I’m sure it would be a lot of cans! I go through a 10 lb bag of food in about two weeks.

3. Which one of your cats is your favorite?

How dare you ask that! ;) I honestly don’t have one. I love them all for different reasons. They are all so different and individual that it’s not possible to have a favorite.

4. How did you come to be the owner of 6 cats?

Well, before my husband and I got married I lived with my parents and we adopted a kitten and decided not to get her spayed so we could have kittens. She had five. Foxy and Midnight were two of them. I loved both of them and wanted to keep them so they lived with my husband until we moved in together and got married. About six months after we got married we bought Picadilly from a pet shop. The owner of the pet shop told me that she was a handful and I said “Then that’s the one I want.” I’ve always liked my cats with a big mischievous streak. After Picadilly we were done. No more cats. We were very happy with the three we had. Until last January I was walking up my sidewalk and this little orange cat ran up to me meowing. Of course I left her food on the porch but didn’t even consider keeping her. A few hours later I rescued her out of a tree after the neighbors huge dog chased her. I let her come in and she acted like she was home. There was no looking back after that. Someone had apparently dropped her off on the side of the road. She was very lucky that it happened to be at our house. And of course it turned out that she was pregnant with SIX kittens! We loved each and every one of them but Willow and Harlequin were the ones we couldn’t give up.

That’s it! No more cats now!

5. Do you have any other non-feline pets?

We had a hamster but she died(of old age nothing cat related)a couple of months ago. We tried our luck at fish but they don’t like us! We will stick to cats.

Many thanks to Lori and her gang for stopping by this week. If you would like to be feature in one of my Catterviews email me sharonluvscats(at)gmail(dot)com
